General Information

Welcome to the Waukesha County Circuit Court web site. The Judges, Clerk of Circuit Court, and staff in the Waukesha County court system are committed to providing a fair and efficient system of justice that is worthy of the trust and confidence of the public. The Waukesha County Circuit Courts serve over 360,000 citizens who live in the county as well as thousands of citizens who do business in the county.

The Waukesha County courthouse is located at the intersection of Highway J (Pewaukee Road) and Moreland Boulevard in the City of Waukesha, Wisconsin, directly west of Milwaukee County and 100 miles northwest of Chicago.

The courthouse is open for business from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on County observed holidays.
